Well if you leased from a the manufacturer, as in buying a Bmw and Leasing from BMW financial then residuals are fixed. They can change from month to month but they are not negotiable in any way. If they re-signed your name to change the residual on your contract then either it was contracted incorrectly to begin with or they are really stupid. I can type a contract/residuals any way I want but if It doesnt match with the manufacturer guidelines and percentages then the contract wont fund. But to answer your question just bring your contract and show them that its different than what they have. Youll only have copies of the ones you actually signed.
