Is a co-signers name supposed to be on a rental agreement document?
A co-signer typically refers to a 2nd or incremental tenant or oblogor signing a lease. The oblogor is only obligated if it signs the lease agreement as tenant or signs a guarantee agreement as guarantor. If neither exists then their is no obligation.
