Can I be kicked out my house without an eviction notice?
First off it is not your house, second you are not a tenant, to be a tenant you need a lease. Third if you are not the owner or a tenant and you are living there rent free and no written agreement you are a squatter and that is illegal. Do yourself and the person who owns the home and the court system a favor and just move, consider it a win that you got to live for six months for free. All the lawyers and bullshit laws to protect people like you make me lose faith in our legal system.
