In a California lease or rental agreement, can I restrict my tenant?
Do you own your neighbors house? Im thinking not. Do you own the public street? Im again thinking not. Is your neighbors house or the public street part of the lease agreement (contract) that your tenant signed? Im once again thinking not. See how simple that was?
