Can anyone help me to understand this sentence sent by my lessor, "I?

Your landlord has written a confusing, ungrammatical sentence, so I understand your confusion. I assume English isn't his or her first language. I think he or she is saying : I recommend that you extend (keep) your lease for an indefinite term (no end date). Does that make sense? I don't know what "on passing conditions" means, but I assume it's probably about COVID-19. A native speaker trying to communicate clearly might say something like: Please consider extending your lease. Because of COVID-19, we're allowing you to extend your lease for an indefinite period. I'm really not sure that's exactly what your landlord is trying to say, but it's something like that. Basically, your landlord doesn't want you to move out of the space you're renting.
