What if my co-signer on my lease agreement refuses to give a 60-day?
The apartment manager is wrong. Courts have ruled that tenants do not have to tell landlords I/we will move out when the lease ends. Notice is not required at lease end because tenants are expected to vacate at lease end, unless arrangements to stay are made.
