What do I do if my mailman wont deliver my mail because someone?
Your mail is probably being held at the local post office. Go there and speak to the supervisor and demand your mail. If you have valid ID with that address and the lease, you have a right to pick up your mail. Just because a neighbor says you don't live there doesn't make it so. If your landlord or apartment manager says you were evicted, then that is a different story. You need to straighten it out at the post office. Maybe file a complaint on your letter carrier who is refusing to deliver your mail.
