What are my rights as a subtenant when the tenant ends their lease?
to clarify, I am subleasing part of a commercial kitchen from a tenant who leases the other part of the space. The tenant( my landlord) is going out of business and struck a deal with the landlord to end the leases early on June 30th, thus terminating the master lease. I want to stay until the end of my sublease (September 30th). Did their agreement without my consent terminate my sublease? Do I have any legal recourse?
