Breaking contracts is part of doing business. It isnt morally right, but it is sometimes a necessity. You must do a cost/benefit analysis first. Will it cost you less to break your lease or to honor it? Read the lease carefully to determine what sums of money you will be liable for if you break it. Good luck.
