Im assuming you mean that the landlord terminated your lease for you repeatedly violating the lease agreement. Even with that assumption, you do not provide enough information for an informed answer. For instance, did you provide a 7 day notice, or did they? What does the lease state about leaving? What were the violations? If the violations were nonpayment of rent, yes, they can and likely will sue for rent that wasnt paid. If there are damages to the property, the same applies. Its simply not clear what the violations are, what the lease terms are, and if they were within their rights to to terminate or if you moved out and then they terminated.
