Will a signed letter from the landlord be acceptable for address?
First, get your address at bank corrected. Second, signed letter or No Objection Certificate from landlord is not a proof of address, its required during police verification where t says that landlord has no problem with using his address for passport application. Third, if possible, seek professional help and get the rental agreement. Talk to your landlord about it. It could be used as address proof. Postpaid bills can also be used as proof of address. Certificate from your employer on company letterhead will also be accepted as POA.
