What does this mean?
What does this mean? I have a notice of lease infraction but in my lease, it says nothing about feeding stray cats. Why didnt they put a number next to violation of documented lease agreement? I would add a picture of it but idk how. Theres probably no lease item that says Dont feed stray animals because your landlord (apparently mistakenly) assumed you were smart enough not to do that. There IS, however, undoubtedly items that say something along the lines of No creating a nuisance and Must obey all state and locals laws, Must obey all HOA rules, or No pets. There are possibly HOA rules against creating a nuisance, which you are doing by attracting stray animals. There are definitely local ordinances against creating a nuisance.
