Notify your landlord IN WRITING about your complaint. (keep copies). If it is bad enough 1) escrow your rent or 2) claim that the LL breached the lease and you are going to move. As I said keep copies.. and keep writing notifications (confirm all verbal communications with a writing). This is how you build a lawsuit to protect yourself and enforce your rights
