Put everything you related above in writing (in detail) and send it to the apartment office by courier. Explain that you expect to receive, within 72 hours of their receipt of your letter, a lease agreement that has been corrected as previously discussed; and if that does not happen, you are withdrawing your application and want your deposit to be refunded.
