Could someone explain the notice period for apartment lease in India?
Take it as you are a working somewhere in a company where, you have signed an aggrement to your employer that you will have to serve a notice period of a month if you resign. So now if you resign from that company on 15 of march the last day (with avg. Day considering in month = 30 says)would be exactly after 30 days. And thus the only thing remain is counting. Lol In this no one can stop you from leaving.. so sad..!! ;( ;) lolzz PS : taking into consideration that you don't have any locking period with the owner of that particular property.
