As a landlord, can I deny tenant car parking in my property's front?
You draw up a new lease. Before that happens though, I have a question: why do you not want to allow tenant parking at your rental property that includes a lot and a driveway? If you're just making him park in a different spot, I withdraw the question, (but that's not what the question says.) New owner, New policies. Include your desired parking regulations. If he asks why now sign a lease, tell him you need to get this document from all your tenants, you need it for your accountant, lawyer, and insurance agent.
